Rates
NEM Enterprises is dedicated to providing our clients with high quality service at affordable prices. Our fee schedule is based on the flexibility of an hourly rate plan, with the benefit of fixed rate quotation on a project by project basis.
General Writing Services (web content,narratives, and technical writing): Fixed rate quotations based on $30.00/hr.
Contracts/Business Writing: Fixed rate quote billed at $35.00/hr.
Grant Writing/Research: Fixed rate quotations based on the time and resources involved with researching funding opportunities and pulling together a cohesive grant package are billed at $30.00/hr.
Research/Writing Retainer: NEM can be retained by businesses or organizations for ongoing research and/or writing work on a monthly basis. Minimum retainer is set at $1,600.00 due at the beginning of the month. Under this agreement, NEM will bill time at a reduced rate of $25.00/hr. (over 60 hrs in a month) and any unused funds can be rolled into the next month’s retainer.
RFP Notifications: For a fixed fee of $250.00/month (does not include fees associated with specific RFP database subscriptions), NEM Enterprises will send a weekly customized notification to your organization outlining funding opportunities specifically targeted at your programs and services. This is a great way for a client to stay up to date on funding options, for which NEM can then assist in assembling the specific submission packet.
*Please Note: Our rates include two comments/revision periods based on “light” editing. If extensive editing or more than two revision periods are required, additional time will be billed on an hourly basis.
